Power to the People!!!
We see strength and weakness everyday. However, do we ACTUALLY know power is? What is power? Is it when someone uses force to get results? Is it having dominion over someone? Does one have to be in control constantly to possess power? Is showing restraint a sign of possessing power? Flood me with your opinions and your thoughts. I'm very interested in your take on this!

Truly, there is no power. Humans have no power, whether they agree with it or not. They don't realize that there is an entire universe out there, maybe more than one. They may make ranks among themselves, but this makes them no more of an idiot than the next person down or the next person up. Restraint may be power, or weakness. Perhaps power is the way to judge whether or not one has power... It's an endless chain of command and conquer. That's all society will every care about. That's all they'll ever be. Weakness.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion humans really don't have power. They may have power just because they are someone important like the president but really no one has power. The president may have dominion over people and the government but really no one has much power. No one has control over anything or anyone unless they own it. Showing restraint can be a sign of possessing power because it can be that you want to do something even though you're not supposed to do it.
ReplyDeletePower, I feel that power is something that a person who's respected and careful. People that power in many different ways and always respect it in many different ways.
ReplyDeletePower has no definition. I think that power is when you have control or authority over a large amount of people. Today, the president is the most powerful person in the world, in my opinion. For example, if you can tell the whole world to do something, and they all do it, then I think that's power.
ReplyDeletepower is just a word to me it don't have much meaning.i think that the one person that has power over us is ourselves because we have a chose in life. we can give people power over us but they really don't have the power only if we give it to them. When we break the rules we then give power to those who make the rules. The word "power" may have many definition because it optional.
ReplyDeleteI think on my own words the definiton for power is like,when people take control of something or have to force someone to do something like the police have the power to kill.
ReplyDeleteI think that no one has power unless you are some important, like the president.You have power over your own self. The president has power over everything here. That's like the only power there is when someone is important or owns something big.
ReplyDeletei think that power comes when you have control over something or someone. Like today the law has power because when you break the rules something going to happen. if they didn't have power there will be no rules to break.

Barrack Obama have power, and the main person that have all the power is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. i have power because some of the things that I want in life and I can't get them I have the power to earn it.

ReplyDeleteIn My Opinion There Is NO Power ! Some People Have Authority But Don't Have Power . For An Example Our Principal Mr.Williams Has Authority Over Is But No Power ! He Tells Us What He Expect From Us , And What He Wants Us To Do!
Power is being respected, It means being cared for and respect. To me power can used in anyway.
